FF was picking on me yesterday for one of my bad habits. Once we buy new food (like... a new loaf of bread) I get it stuck in my head that the old loaf is suddenly bad, and I can''t eat it. So we end up with partial loaves shoved in the back of the pantry that I''ve never eaten.

Also, I always forget to put cereal away in the kitchen. Never any other food, just cereal. It drives FF crazy.

What do you guys do that drives your SO crazy?

I have long dark hair and I shed (that's normal, right?). Sometimes when I'm late for work I will forget to pick up my strands of hair on the bathroom floor. THIS DRIVES HIM CRAZY! BUT he's a clean freak.

I also mute commercials, which annoys him beyond belief. I crack my knuckles and always get chastised! When I get out of the shower I like to climb into bed and snuggle his warm body...lol. He always screams, "Babe, you're f***ing FREEZING!!!" hehehehe

It's a wonder he even loves me.

There''s so much to list lol

~He gets really irritated with my half bottles of water all over the house. I usually drink the water until it isn''t cold anymore and then leave it alone. But I never put it back in the fridge. One day he collected all of them from every room of the house and put it on our dresser. There were nearly 15 bottles

.

~He hates that I don''t do leftovers. He loves to cook but gets really sad that I don''t take the leftovers to work the next day. He also doesn''t like that I''m so picky with food. (Also Elle, the way you feel about bread is the way I feel about milk)

~He also thinks I complain too much about my friendships with people but I never stick up for myself and let it continue (I''m a pushover).

LOL, Bia, I mute commercials also and it drives FF CRAZY!!!

Its such a weird thing to get upset about, who wants to hear commercials?

Yea, the water thing. I always ask him for a glass of water before we go to bed (b/c he's up shutting all the lights off and locking the door) so it's become something he does for me every night. BUT even though he does it, he complains that I never drink the water from the night before. BUT I say, I don't have to drink it, I just like to have it there in case I get thirsty and need it, you know? Goddddd

He''ll start talking in the middle of a show, expecting me to pause the DVR.

He just doesn''t understand that it is VERY hard to follow dialogue when you pause it everytime he wants to share some tidbit from the most recent article he''s reading on ESPN.com or his latest SI magazine.
20.gif

SI (Sports Illustrated) comes in the mail on Thrusdays, so I can be very stern during Grey''s Anatomy, Survivor, and Private Practice. It doesn''t work like pausing a baseball or football game...

He hates when I get a new book and ignore him until I finish it. I''m really only like that with new books in a series, or books I''ve been really anticipating, but it drives him bonkers. I just shut out the world until I''m done reading.

It drives him nuts that I''ll take a glass into a room and then just leave it there. He likes things neat and so he spends about 10 minutes each night picking up common areas (living room, dining room) and there''s *always* several things of mine that he has to pick up. I try to remember to take them to the sink/dishwasher, I''m just not so good at it yet.

FI doesn''t SHUT UP during a movies (especially if he/we really like it) so I tell him to "shhhhh!" He get''s so offended. Once he really got mad at me, saying it was disrespectful. Are you kidding me?!

Mr. Bia and Mr. Fiery are the same guy.

I''ll say "babe hold on I want to hear this..." and he pouts. Then when its the commercial "forget it, I don''t want to say it now."

I am perfect!
17.gif
What could be annoying about that?

Seriously, our only clash is logical (me) v''s emotional (him). This means we usually approach issues from completely different sides.

LOL

You may be right about that...At the very least, they come from the same planet.

I read lol

NO seriously

I pick my nails though not in an unhealthy manner, I even them out, but he thinks I should do this with a nail clipper
I''m sarcastic sometimes
I''m defensive
I use toothpaste that isn''t Colgate.
I eat calamari
I eat sour cream
I eat cream cheese
I eat cheesecake
I eat eggs
I eat Sushi (So won''t kiss me unless I brush my teeth after sushi, and he won''t even be in the same room when I eat it).
Seriously SO is the pickiest food person I think I''ve ever experienced. Although he''s fine with Taco Bell and Chef- Boy -R Dee or whatever it is. He won''t eat chicken unless it is cooked to the point of being dry. ... wait Maybe this is me getting annoyed. But he seriously doesn''t like me doing the above

he gets annoyed that I don''t know how to back my car up in a James Bond slickish maneuverability that allows me to glide through mazes of trees and cars like they aren''t there, or like I"m driving forward... HELLO it''s BACKWARDS. I make him do it lol.

I can''t pull a trailer, although I can back a trailer up

I pick nail polish off my nails and he thinks it''s the grossest thing, EVER.

I get pissy when people are eating with their mouths open or audibly chewing gum around me. He wants me to ingore it, but it''s Fing disgusting. Why can''t people have some decency and chew with their mouths closed so I don''t have to see and hear it?

In the morning when I''m done eating my cereal, I rinse my bowl and leave it in the sink instead of putting it in the dishwasher, but I complain if he leaves dinner dishes in the sink. (I know it''s hypocritical, but I don''t care, to me, it''s easier to put a rinsed cereal bowl in the washer than all the gross dinner dishes).

I also put apple cores down the disposal and don''t run it sometimes.

I take my shoes off when I get home from work in the living room and then leave them there for days. Usually on the weekends when I pick up, there are as many as 10 pairs of shoes, don''t ask me how.

I don''t know how crazy it drives him because he is very laid back, but every now and then I see him walk into the bathroom after me to put the toilet lid down
3.gif
we never did that in my house and I''m having the worst trouble teaching myself to close it.

I think he''s also not a fan of my need for multi-tasking. We love to watch TV together, but I can''t just watch TV. I have to watch TV AND play games on my phone, or read a magazine, or something... it can never be just sitting there staring at the TV
3.gif
He bought me one of those fiddle squeezers (my first clue that it drives him nuts) but that doesn''t scratch the itch for me.

When I say I'll be ready in a minute and then it takes ten - with every second he gets more and more annoyed...he's Mr. Schedule.

ETA - And he HATES it when I don't fast forward through commercials when watching something on DVR....sometimes it's not worth it having to find the remote and try to stop it at the exact right time. I'd rather just check PS for the few minutes

OMG.... we could be watching the same movie for the first time. DH will constantly ask "what''s going on?" "what''s going to happen?" like I have seen it already... so instead of screaming I am usually a smarta$$ and say something like "oh, darn left the crystal ball at home" or "well if I had seen it, you''d be the first to know"....

lol. Back to the original question: I put my feet on the dash, it makes him nuts. Oh and I can''t sleep if the kitchen is dirty, so crazy but it''s true. My mother is the same way.

I thought of one!

DH hates my breath when I eat Doritos!

I''m perfect. I have no habits that drive him crazy.
9.gif
Well, perhaps . . .

Telling him "I told you so" when I''m right (which is always
2.gif
) kind of gets exasperating for him, I suppose. But that''s more from him having to concede I''m right, than from me actually saying it.

If he were reading this, he would laugh right now and totally be in agreement. Then he would sigh and shake his head. He loves me for my humility.

LOL Musey, I do the same thing and it drives my DH crazy. Watching tv or a movie, I am always reading a book or magazine too.

When I start talking to him as he''s leaving the room to go to the other end of the apartment, probably.
3.gif

I''m a know-it-all and a backseat driver. I don''t know which he thinks is worse!!! LOL... I also mutter, then get annoyed when he asks me to repeat. I hate repeating!

I have issues.
9.gif

Leave my shoes out rather than putting them back on the shelf we have for them. Bless him, he tries so hard to be patient with me, but I''m not as good as I could be about it...

Hahaha!!! I hate when my hubby mute commercials or pause them,, lol

And my hubby does the same, every time he takes a shower, after that he wants to cuddle,, I always says,, you are so wet
41.gif

The thing that drives my hubby crazy is that I always but to much groceries at the store, so we end up not having enough space for storage
10.gif

My husband would say that I''m too much of a drill sargent when it comes to keeping the house neat and tidy. I don''t mind the lived in look really, but I can''t stand a bunch of clutter. He would say that I want a spotless house all the time.

I actually like watching commercials and I don''t really flip when one comes on. My husband, on the other hand, is a habitual flipper during commercials. I''m always afraid we''ll miss the show when it comes back on.

Musey, I like to watch TV or a movie and check my e-mail or log into PS at the same time. He hates it when I do it.

He also hates it when I don''t ever admit to being wrong (when we''re disagreeing about something). Well, DUH, that''s because I''m always right. Why would I admit to being wrong if I''m not?
33.gif
3.gif

It drives D mad that I don''t bring my shoes upstairs.
He also hates it that I use a metal utensil to dish out the pasta-he wants me to use a plastic one so that I don''t scratch the pan. Now I use the metal one just to p*ss him off
3.gif

It drives him mad that my car is a bit messy inside.

Sing.
