Trash a bathroom. The clang ramalamabamBAM came close to giving DH and I a heart attack. Thought someone was breaking into the house. One thing I don''t find cute about Savannahs is their compulsive desire to knock things over just be sure gravity still works. Those little candles were the last glass objects in the house to bite the dust having lasted a record 11 months. I usually keep the TP out of paws reach but we had guests last night and I forgot to hide it after they left.

Suspect #1. "I didn''t do it!!"

Suspect #2. "I did it and there''s nuthin'' you can do about it." Caught him in the act.

Not a suspect, but she rarely gets her picture posted and insisted she be included. My 16 yr. old Diva, Maggie, who prevented me from making the bed because she was ready for a nap.

Thats so funny! The pictures and captions are great. You have some very cute cats :)

Matata, I am so sorry that your little angels may have done this to your bathroom.

But OMG what a cute story!!! I laughed when I saw the pics!

Oh no! It IS kind of funny though! I love the cats'' expressions.

Hah!

And they know they''re too cute to be peeved with

Just be thankful that at least the candles weren''t lit when ''whomever'' decided to test gravity and the strength of glass, once again.

Cute kitties! And your 16 year old cat sure doesn''t look her age!

Reminds me of this thread of mine from a few years back: https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/my-cat-has-discovered-toilet-paper.54025/

I feel your pain! We still need to keep our TP up on a shelf where the cat can't get it. Funny thing is that I'm so used to that that I don't even think to look on the paper holder when I'm in someone else's bathroom, and I'm always looking around wondering, "Where IS their TP?!" ...

bwhahaha those darn cats anyway! They''re so sweet looking tho...they''re like, yeah, whatever, pfft, mom can''t stay mad at us!

LOL! Your kitties are soo cute though! Bet they weren''t in trouble for very long!

LOL oh little sweethearts. Mischievious, yes, but sweethearts all the same lol.

One of our kitties used to knock stuff down in the middle of the night CONSTANTLY, because she has sight issues and would jump onto our kitchen counter (where she knew she wasn''t allowed to go, but hey, no one was awake to say no!) and her uncoordinated little body would knock everything down. When we came in to see WTF that loud bang was, she was always far far far away from the scene of the crime lol.

Love the photos & captions - SO cute!! the expressions are priceless!

Which way did that toilet paper unroll?

Can't really tell from those photos. But looks like it could be mostly East - West, maybe. >;-)

I''m so lucky I never had these problems when I had cats.

Your cats are adorable!!!

Mine are not intersted in the TP unless I am using it. I know that your kitties follow you around everywhere too so you can understand that when I go to use the toilet they are there with me. The toilet and the litter box with the cover are separated by the toilet paper. They get on top of the litter box and swat at it, shredding it as I try to get some for myself. So I am left with a pile of shredded paper to use.

Oh, no!

You have a gorgeous little brood, there, Matata.

LOL! I used to have to just keep my bathroom door shut when it wasn''t in use. My savannah cat would unroll the toilet paper, rip it up, and spread it all down the hallway. Hard to be mad at them for long though...

Oh, they are all too cute...you must forgive the small discretion of tee-peeing the bathroom!

They are so cute! I know what its like to hear cat related noises through the night! All part of the joys of being a kitty mommy!

I heard my cat doing something one night, but was too tired to get up to see what. The next morning, I found that he'd gotten into a loaf of bread, ripped the bag open, ripped the slices into pieces, and spread them throughout the apartment, from one end to the other. He even hid vast quantities under the throw rugs and the Oriental runner in the hall. I bought a bread box that same day.

lol! we went through that about 2 weeks after getting our kittens. Now the "window" between the dining room and kitchen is blocked off with books and boxes so they can''t jump from the table to the counter and wreak havoc.

Matata, those faces - soooo cute!

Those cutie cats could not possibly have been responsible for the destruction. Someone else must have done it

our two cats did the same thing! even after we boxed up our bread, it didn''t stop them from snooping around and they soon realized that their treats were in the cabinets. i woke up one morning to find treats scattered all around the kitchen, in their litter boxes and all around our hallway.

that night, i put tape on the counters (sticky side up) and in the middle of the night all i heard was a bunch of rustling sounds, some stumbles on the floor, and then two cats zipped into our bedroom with tape stuck on their bottoms! they haven''t been on the counters since...

Yeah, that''s what they all say. Kind of like, all the prisoners in prisons are there for crimes they didn''t commit. Sure. hehe

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! The tape stuck! Too funny. "Mom! Dad! Help!"

I bought those battery powered shock mats, and they give a nice little jolt, but the cats soon figured out that the mat had no power if they walked around it. I came downstairs one morning to find the kitchen curtains torn off the window, everything from the windowsill and countertops knocked onto the floor, their water dishes tipped over and water everywhere, and the spice cabinet ransacked. And three cats very perturbed and all talking at once. I don''t know what kind of story they were telling me, but it had obviously been A Major Event of some kind, lol.
