I hear you Elliot. For self preservation I have to believe what I believe about some of the people who voted for him not realizing the full extent of who they were voting for. I am thankful that no one in my own family voted for him but I do know a few (very few thankfully) people who I care about who did and it breaks my heart that they did. There are also people I know who voted for him that did not surprise me but it is mainly because they are ignorant/not that bright and if that sounds condescending towards them so be it. I speak the truth. Which is worse. Ignorance or meanness and hate because they both might cause us to end up in the same place. At least with ignorance I can hope they don't hate as much as those who really got what was going on when they voted for Trump. Or those who chose not to vote at all which is the same thing as voting for Trump in this election IMO.
Yes that is so true but what kind of a world do we live in if people can't do this.
