Week 27 - Share Photos: Your OMG Wedding Moment

hello from Miami. I am stuck here until I can fly back home to Europe. stupid volcanic ash cloud.

thanks to Mrs. H for posting the last two weeks'' photo threads.

as promised several week ago to DisneyBride, this week please post a photo of an Oh My God moment on your wedding day.

Can be "OMG, I''m getting married!" or "OMG, I just got married!" or "OMG, I can''t believe s/he just did that!"

I think the idea might be that you can actually see that OMG-look on a person''s face, but if you don''t have one, I am sure you will be creative enough to find something to fit within this week''s topic.

This is me....got out of the limo, looked up at the cathedral and was like, "OMG i''m getting MARRIED!!!" I look like a deer in headlights! LOL. My poor sister, i kept looking at her like..."omg...omg...omg..."

Here''s mine right before I walked down the aisle. We took care of the witnesses signing the license right before the ceremony, so here I am wondering how badly my mom would flip out if we just bypassed the ceremony since we were already married!

DH and I shared our OMG moment. This is when we first saw each other that day, it was right before we signed our ketubah. You can't see it, but we were both on the verge of tears.

ETA: Okay, so it looks like he's looking at my chest. He wasn't, I swear. Well, at least I don't think he was.

Haha--yes. He''s just under 5''8" and I''m just under 5''10". And I wore over 5" heels on our wedding day.

I''ve looked through my wedding photos a few times and I had a hard time coming up with this week''s photo. I think that this is really the only OMG moment I had! One of my BMs was putting on my necklace before I put my dress on. I am normally a fairly emotional person but I had a difficult morning that day so I think I was cautiously optimistic that things would turn out the way I wanted them to. Hence, the lack of extreme displays of emotion while getting ready.

I remember when i got the ring on with a shove and i pulled the face i thought ''oops! i''m not meant to be pulling faces!!!!

this is right after we got married and were waiting for everyone to go down to the pool for the group picture. we were like "Oh my god, we just did this... and why is everyone staring at us now???" though obviously we hide our expressions very well. it''s a non-pro pic that was sneaked in.
