Is anyone having a wedding video done along with their photos?
My finance insists on spending money on one. It just seems so cheesy to me - When I think of wedding videos, I think about the ones that end up on
America''s funniest home videos. Wanted to hear some opinions on it.
We didn''t have a videographer at our wedding, and I have mixed feelings about it. On the one hand, it would be nice to have. On the other hand, I have the memory of that perfect moment in time. It''s not something I want to "re-live," b/c it''s a once in a lifetime moment. It would be impossible to live up to my memory of the day. We also had a really great photographer, so we literally have a second by second account of our wedding in photos - like a silent film.
I am..but a lot of them are cheesy. I worked very, very hard to find someone who doesn''t do cheesy videos and was in my price range. I really wanted to have both photo and video. I am very excited about it!
We had a videographer at our wedding. I wasn''t sure at first, but then I found someone so fabulous. I also didn''t want a cheesy video. We used www.weddingsonfilm.com . They were the only non-cheesy videos that I have ever seen.
We wanted video because it will be great to see things that we missed while we were not around. For example, I''ll get to see what the processional looked like and what happened at the cocktail hour. I''m sure there were many more great moments that we didn''t notice during the hustle and bustle of the day.
