Wedding wedding nightmares!

So my wedding isn''t until July-but I have had 2 horrible nightmares in the past week! Both times, I was doing other things, going to see vendors or something like that, and I would look at a clock and it would be 4:30PM and my wedding was supposed to have started at 3PM! In the first dream, I re-booked everything, but figured out that I didn''t have a new date!

Yesterday in my dream I was telling myself that it wasn''t a dream and that it was real! I''m NOT nervous about anything because I have LOTS done...I must be unconciously though or else I wouldn''t be having these dreams! Anyone else experiencing this???

I'm glad you started this thread. I've been having various wedding related nightmares over the past several weeks. Sometimes I have several nightmares a week. I usually have at least one a week.

I am a little bit more nervous because my wedding is less than 4 months away, and I have a laundry list of stuff to do.

ETA: The nightmares always involve not having something done for the wedding, i.e. I don't have a dress, I don't have my dance song, and am forced to play the song for the last dance, but we go home to try and find it on our computer and burn it, but we can't find it. Ridiculous.

Well, it''s good that your dreams are providing an outlet for your wedding stress, even if you didn''t know you had any! I wouldn''t worry about it in any way, if you are. It''s healthy and normal.

I recently had a dream where i had my wedding dress on but it was different from the one i actually got! It wasnt what i wanted in a dress at all! It was way too big and very thin, like tissue paper almost! ahhh!

I hope i had on some cute undergarments! I too have also told myself, "this is not a dream it is real!" Weird how we can convince ourselves it is real in our dreams. lol

Ohhh yeah! BIG TIME - and my wedding isn''t even until October of 2009!

I know I had one nightmare about the wedding where it started to rain and for some reason everyone just up and left. One of my bridesmaids decided not to even show up. Some other odd things happened too but I can''t remember the details.

The second nightmare I had was that my planning was a disaster. Again, I can''t remember all the details. I just remember waking up thinking that I have to be one of the only people who has nightmares about planning the wedding!

I''m nowhere close to even being engaged and I''ve had some!! Hahah one time I had one where my dress was a copy of one from my size Barbies (TACKY) and my veil was some tulle glued to a headband.

The other, I was the bride topper of a cake and my now ex bf was the groom. We could talk to each other but no one else.. And would just have people loom over us at the wedding. Weeeeeiiiiirrrddd..

haha Keeping the Faith. Yeah mine isnt even until November of 2009. lol. Sometimes I wake myself up in my dream they are so bad! I go. its just a dream wake up stupid! and I do! lol...I have also had dreams where I have my wedding outside the back of my parents house off of our deck! Somehow a lot of people are there and magically there is enough food for all!

and i have also had dreams where my dress hasnt come in yet to the store! ahh! and then there are the dreams where you dont get to the ceremony site in time and everyone is gone! My favorite dream though thus far has got to be when i marry someone completely different and dont know the difference until afterwards!

I guess we should be glad that we have total control in real life!

I have a recurring one where my mom tells me it''s time to go to my wedding. . . but she has changed EVERYTHING and my friends aren''t even invited!

My wedding is in two weeks, and last night, I had a dream that my fiance didn''t want to get married anymore and threw me out of our apartment! Yikes! I told him this morning and he gave me a big hug to make me feel better.
