Watch case - where to buy?

Hi Everyone,

My dad would like a watch case for christmas to hold his modest collection of watches.
(Nothing fancy DF: he likes Casios and Citizen watches - one day I'll buy him something really fancy).

Any recommendations? I'm looking for something fairly modestly priced.
