Updating BM shoes - help please

Okay, so I''m starting a new thread because I didn''t want to carry over all the posts from the other thread. So I spoke with my BM who ordered these shoes in venetian gold:

So I asked her about "bejeweling" her shoes, and she gave me a weird look, but I think I can come up with something nice if I can narrow down which shoe clips would look best with her shoes. out of all those, I still like #3 as it is simple but elegant. The others jmho looks either a little too busy (too many colors) or the gems are too large.
