Two kids passed them up and took candy before I noticed them and removed them from the bowl.

Hey Kenny,
I always love seeing pictures of your FCD collection. Do you plan to set any of them, or do you prefer to collect them loose? I bought a loose diamond recently and haven't set it yet, but love to admire it in its box. I take it around the house with me. Sometimes it keeps me company while I do homework. I joke with my husband that it's my "pet diamond." However, I really want to set it! So, anyway, seeing you have your box with you made me wonder if you plan to set yours.

I may set one or two some day, most likely the green OEC, my overall favorite.

They usually live in a safe deposit box, but I needed to see the pink emerald cut to answer some questions over on the Colored Stones forum.
When I DO have them with me I also like to just drag them around and look at them and simply be with them and watch them do what they do.
They are mesmerizing and look so different in various environments and lighting.
I can relate to thinking of them as "pets" - full of personality.
