Wedding To my date twins, MMM and CaityJ

Well I ordered something today and someone asked me the date and I noticed...one month left...eeep.

Where are you two at?

I was really happy to sew up some things these past few days like DJ, Wedding band (for me atleast), tuxes, and a petsitter for the honeymoon.

Granted none of it is signed and in my hand but I feel comfortable crossing them off my to do list and moving them over to the "reaffirm in a few weeks and such" list.

Still havent made a move on hair and make up for the wedding. AND i think that the time frame to get the hairpeice I wanted may have actually passed...I should look into that today. Other then that, I think my biggest thing is messing around with photo shop to get my table numbers done.

OOPs forgot one big thing, FI and I need to determine what we want said at the wedding ceremony (non religous).

Other then that...just some little things

How about you two? Any big things looming overhead?

Well I just did my hair and make up trial so I can cross that off my list. I was really happy with the way things turned out and got pics that I will post (as soon as they are emailed to me) in a different thread. We haven''t finalized stuff wiht the DJ completely but that really is a s good as done and FI picked out his band and it will be in on Saturday.

We planned out our ceremony and added in the rock ceremony to make it long enough for the photographer so I will check that off, though we still need to email the final copy to the officiant.

Still need to make table numbers. Atleast a trial one to make sure they will look ok. Need to get those OOT bags ready.

We encountered a small issue with our actual rehersal that I need to remedy and also the dinner, but those are minor and totally workable. Still need groomsmen gifts and...dare I say it....thats all?

Oh, coordination of final payment and tips, gotta get that all squared away for those I cannot make final payment via credit card. I think that is the officiant only...

What do people think about prepaying people like the DJ. I am fairly certain he wouldnt not show up but...is it too important to risk? I know I can preotect myself to get my money back and all but I would really rather have a DJ LOL.
