I dunno...I don't really know anything about LM, but honestly, from what I do know he seems like more of the constructed pastry type (napoleons, pyramids coated in chocolate, etc very precise stuff) instead, but it's my own personal opinion that everyone has a place in their lives for cupcakes. So I think he's the closet cupcake type. He doesn't want anyone to know how much he enjoys the cupcakes.

I honestly think it's more of a: Liz likes cupcakes, so everyone must like cupcakes.

I'm glad I made you laugh though!!!!

I''ll take him chocolate. He can''t possibly object.

Harriet, I am glad to hear your mother''s condition is serious and I bet that is such a relief to you and the rest of your family. Keeping my fingers crossed for your dress, though i am sure all will turn out well. As for LM, I have never met him, but I think chocolates are a great motivator for most people

Hmmm, I''d find the finest French bakery in town and order up something traditional. As an ex-pat he may get homesick from time to time?

Hard to believe in NYC that anyone would have trouble with ribbon or fabrics, or have I been watching too much Project Runway? I though Mood Fabrics carried every possible fabrication on earth

I''m so glad your mom''s illness is on the mend.

You''re going to be a married lady soon

I couldn''t believe it either so I went to the store. They are ordering the ribbons from Paris!

Thank you, dear.

I know. Exciting and scary.

Yah Harriet - less than a month to go now! You must be so excited, anxious, etc. By the way, I'm sorry to hear about your mom, but I'm happy to hear she's doing better

Thank you very much, Pocahontas.

Change of plans:
We''ve decided against City Hall and are looking of an officiant to marry us somewhere (on a boat, at home, etc.). Any suggestions as to venue? It''ll just be the 2 of us.

Also, my red dress is here!

PICTURES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Harriet-
How about in Central Park on the water? There''s Hernshead up at the conservatory?
Hernshead

Or what about renting a hotel room with a fabulous view?

I''m not sure how to find an officiant on such short notice though. Do you know any judges?

Hey,
Hernshead is perfect!
My roof has a great view, but that''s not that romantic, is it?
I probably could get in touch with a bankruptcy judge.

Garden Room Terrace: To escape the frenetic pace of city life, slip out through the French door of the Garden Room bedroom. There, tucked away on an expansive deck sits a verdant garden of Lavender, Roses and many other plants artfully displayed in jardinières and wooden planters. The private 225 SF urban oasis is just outside the elegant room & includes an elegant teak bench, three steamer lounge chairs, a large table & chairs along with a 9'''' umbrella. Perched over the neighboring brownstone garden and adjacent to the house''s Cottage, the terrace provides guests with their own little Urban Eden. The Terrace can be accessed by Garden Room Guests only and the innkeeper family.

Thank you, darlin'' -- you''re always coming to my rescue.

No pictures? (You can crop your head out...I won''t mind...)

I want to see, too!

You know what I want to see? I want to see the dress I need -- the white one. Hurry!

I would hurry with the white dress, but I don''t have any pics of the red dress to keep me motivated!

Argh! I can''t find the cable that connects the camera to the computer.
