i found this article to be interesting and very very sad.

It bugs me a lot that we are using mercenaries.
It is a very bad sign historicaly.

It means the country doesnt have enough support from the people to do it or bit off more than they can chew.
It always leads to abuse and finger pointing.

I have talked to a couple people offered contracts doing this kind of thing.
$20000 tax free a month for an 13 month contract, 6 months there one paid month off 6 more there all expenses paid.

yes, historically this is not a good sign.....nor is it a good sign morally.
