Terror Attack in London tonight

I'm sad to report another round of morons using vehicle(s) and large knives to attack innocent people going about their business in London.

London Bridge and Borough Market have been targeted, one confirmed dead so far, Emergency Services are on the scene.

I was in London for a day trip, and was home getting comfy for the evening when the news broke, and my heart sank.

You're absolutely right DK - I am surprised to see so many comments on the other thread about Europe not being safe (and sex trafficking...)

The countries in Europe have been established for hundred or thousands of years - we have fought through invasions, coups, civil wars, plague, world wars and other unimaginable horrors.

What we didn't do was give up and hide. We continued our lives, adapting where appropriate and got on with it.

That's exactly what we are doing now and will continue to do. For an example it's worth looking at #reeling on Twitter if you want to get an idea of how we feel this morning.
