I find that the more time I spend around certain people the more likely I am to lose my temper, and I would love to learn how to be calm even in the most trying circumstances, especially when they involve my future in-laws. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
The one thing that really works for all personality types is to count to ten before you answer of react. Also, take a really deep breath before you talk, this does help to calm you down and help you to respond better.
