Quick question- from your tent photo I can see that there is some type of flooring in the tent (i.e. it''s not on grass). Was your tent on permanent a stone floor or did you get a temporary floor made for the tent? If you had a floor made, what was it made of? Sorry for such as weird question, but we are debating whether to try to get flooring for our tent or just go with grass and hope it doesn''t rain three days solid before the wedding (creating puddles in the grass). Thanks!

That is an absolutely fabulous shot! Your wedding looked like a great time! Of course your dress was beautiful, your rings are scrumptious, but your DH looks like he is the life of every party! Something impish in that grin.

Havernell, it''s a green wooden floor that the hotel installs and keeps there with the tent all summer. The whole set up belongs to the inn I was married at and I had nothing to do with it. However I can say that my wedding rained like the dickens and a coworker of mine was married the same day in a tent with grass floor, and it was mighty muddy.

Thanks for the quick reply! So it is a wood floor, good to know. Is the wood like a plywood or is it heavier wood? And was is noisy when people walked on it, or was that not a problem? Thanks again! :)
 
Great pictures therube! you look amazing and your DH looks like such a funny guy :) I love the picture of him seeing you for the first time, the umbrella shot on the bridge, and especially the shot of the two of you looking through the ice sculpture - adoreable!

TB, very delighted to see these again. It was truly my pleasure to do it.....you both have such cute personalities that *really* come through in photographs.

Oh, and yes, in some of the indoor photos, they really did look that flushed! TB had to sweat a tropical storm blowing through town on her wedding day!!!!! and we squeezed those bridge shots in about 2 hours before the MONSOON rains began!

Once the rain descended, it was some kind of muggy both inside and outside the tent, making for a nice rosy pink flush, but it didn't stop everyone from dancing non-stop.
