OK gang. I clicked the mouse about 20 minutes ago.
DS, they really do need to give you a discount on your next purchase.
soocool, when do you think you're getting a pair? And what size? Or did I miss that?

Does anyone know if I have to do the permission to charge credit card form if my email says status: approved and there's a charge authorization number? It's not a $20,000 ring; the total is less than $2,000.

I just talked to very nice Victoria at Whiteflash and she said their insurer requires the credit card paperwork.
Must be some insurance company.

Thirty lashes with a wet noodle for me, soocool. I've had mine for over two weeks now and just haven't gotten around to posting. However.......I absolutely love them. I did get the .65tcw and for me, the size is perfect. I just don't get dressed up any more and this size goes with everything. I wore them last weekend with a ball cap, jeans and tennis shoes and they weren't too much.
And thank you for your thread with DS's advice on how to put them on.
Everybody do the DS/WF stretch! It works!

You know...
I missed this thread the first time around when you were first having the guilt. And I am SO glad you got the earrings and you LOVE them so much!!
But I just wanted to shed one other small point of view for you or any other reader who may come across this thread someday...

When someone who loves you WANTS to give you a gift... it is special and meaningful to them to GIVE it. I remember one time my brother wanted to do something nice for my mom, and my mom was hemming and hawing... like we tend to do when we feel like a gift is "too much" or we "don't deserve it"... blah blah blah...
Well my brother said... "Mom, don't rob me of my blessing". And what he meant was the blessing that it was to GIVE!! If I give a gift to someone from my heart and they turn it away, it hurts me.

Sometimes, we just have to let people do things for us that we think we don't deserve. We have to think how WE would feel if we were the giver!!

I am SO glad you got, and LOVE your earrings. And I do hope you will post pictures!!

Oh, yay!!! I am SO glad you love them! I honestly think the smaller pairs would be great for everyday! I do tend to wear mine when I have on something besides jeans! And I am glad we had the "how to put them on" discussion! I'll have to watch for future threads so no one goes through the painful route to figuring that out!
