Suggestions for trip to 47th St.

My DH and I will be in NY briefly next month and I will have 1.5 hours to spend in the Diamond District! I would love some recommendations for a nearby cafe where I can park my husband. If it has WiFi, strong coffee and nice pastries, he'll be happy.

Also, I'm not going to be making any major purchases but am in the market for a delicate (perhaps vintage-style) chain bracelet in white gold without stones. Are there any particular stores/booths I should check out for that? Any other must-sees for wish list compilation purposes that don't require appointments, besides ID Jewelry?

There is a Starbucks on w. 4th between 6th and 7th - that should fit the criteria for your hub's 'parking'.

Re chains, there are several booths in 55 w. 47th that have chains; they're likely necklace length but they can be cut/shortened on the spot in most cases.
