South Coast Plaza/OC GTG

It seems like we may have quite a bit of interesting in putting together a SoCal/Orange County GTG at South Coast Plaza. What better place to drool on the sparklies???

We had one request to make it after mid-August, and for the sake of my work sanity lets just make it September. What day work best for people? Saturday? Sunday? We can meet, do a bit of shopping, have lunch (maybe a drink or two?

) and oogle all the sparklies

Oh, I will be there, finally having the courage to step into the stores! I''ve only been into Cartier for 5 seconds as a joke. I have left my breath marks at the windows of every other store.

Any Saturday or Sunday will do, if it''s this far in advance. There''s Maggiano''s, Antonello''s, CPK, Champagne Bakery Cafe, Lawry''s Carvery, Corner Bakery, and tons more for eating.

Cool! My parents will be in town Labor Day weekend, and I imagine that might be a bad one for many people, but other than that I believe most September weekends are free for me.

Also, for South Bay area folks, for the first time, Intergem is doing a gem/jewelry show in Long Beach, aboard the Queen Mary from August 28-30: Link

I go to Cartier at SCP way too many times. I love Tiffany & Harry Winston there...my least favorite is DeBeers. Just a "yucky" feeling.

hehe. Actually, I prefer T&C to Cartier, but I''ve never stepped into the one at SCP. Only Beverley Hills when I was hanging out with friends. Harry Winston has my breathing mark, but not DB. Would love to check it out though.
