gwendolyn - I emailed WF as soon as I found out, and they rerouted the package the very next day (even though it had already arrived in my town!). Very cool, and much less stress.

Oh good good good, very good on the part of WF to do that! I love hearing about good customer service--solidifies my intentions to do business with those companies in the future. I''m glad they were looking out for you and your stress levels (or lack thereof). Can''t WAIT to see your finished product!! Looks like it''s going to be stunning!!

WF definitely exceeded my expectations regarding the shipping mixup.
I was worried that they'd either tell me it was my mistake for not reminding them or at best refund the shipping cost.
I'd have to say that they know how to make loyal customers!
