If anyone on here needs some floral inspirations or ideas... my florist finally updated her website!!! And there are a TON of really amazing pics in her posted portfolio of her work! She''s one of my favorite vendors and how her website is as FABLOUS as her work is. So I wanted to share... I''m getting excited about my flowers all over again!

You''re too funny. I think I should have you help me out with my flowers. (I basically went to this decorations place, and asked them the cheapest all white or all red, throw it together and be done with it

) I haven''t really decided on color scheme, but it''s so HARD! And I know nothing beyond roses, tulips, carnations, and calla lilies, and sunflowers.

I just looked at the website and felt ashamed that I haven''t put anymore thought into this.

Aww Gypsy, you''re so sweet. I have NO COLORS. I have a sort of vision but can''t decide if it is TACKY. And I am asian and I want it to be asian-ish withough a being a total theme wedding you know? (Because fiance is not asian). I''ll leaving for school, so I will post some stuff soon. Maybe you could start by helping decide on colors. Maybe I will start a thread, paging you for help this afternoon...details to follow.

SUPER helpful! Thanks Gypsy! Love your florist... I know my florist will do a good job but I'm having the HARDEST time visualizing how the colors are going to go together. I wish my florist had as many photos up as yours. I bookmarked it! Oh the peonies... sigh.

Allie - one of my friends, who is Chinese, just married a man who isn''t, and they managed to incorporate some lovely Asian accents into the wedding without it being overwhelming at all. They did red and white to, incidentally - I think they are lovely colors, and even more lovely if you add an accent metallic, like gold, silver, or bronze. For a slightly less "obvious" look, I might deepen the red to burgundy, soften the white the ivory, and add bronze as a metallic accent - I think that would be lovely.
