There was some serious competition for the garter. It was quite hilarious to see a bunch of grown men scrambling to catch it.

Thank you so much for sharing these! I just love your wedding. Everything - your dress, hair, makeup, your gerber daiseys!! All of it looks so great and really has a feel that I hope our wedding ends up having! You look so beautiful and everyone looks like they are really having a great time.

Sapphire - We actually got the flower girl dresses at Alfred Angelo. We saw them when we were there looking for mother of the bride dresses, and I just thought they were too cute.

I love everything about it. It looks so elegant and put together. Definitely among my favourite weddings on PS now! The flowers are so bright and cheerful and striking- I am having gerbera daisies as well, and it is so nice to see them looking so beautiful in your wedding. I also love the cake, the flower girl dresses, and your dress!

Thanks for sharing these --- another thing I have found I enjoy a lot more after getting married is looking at other people''s wedding pictures!! Before my wedding I found it so overwhelming and I got way too many ideas... I truly enjoyed your pictures and I LOVED your flowers - very unique and stunning... congrats !!

I''m so glad everyone likes the pics! It means a lot coming from all you ladies with fabulous taste.

The gerbera daisies really were perfect. I was a little concerned because that was the one thing my husband actually picked out. He knew I wanted orange flowers, since orange is my favorite color, and he picked out the daisies. He surprises me sometimes.

My dress was Vera Wang. It was on the cover of one of the bridal magazines last spring, and I took that picture into Saks with me. I''ll try and find some better pictures of the detail this weekend sometime.

Sapphire, the flower girl dresses are Alfred Angelo style 6520. They are shown online in pink. I never would have picked them out based on the picture. They were so much cuter in person.
