Size 3.5 Eternities

Anyone have size 3.5 eternities? They're incredibly hard to find. I'm interested in diamond/ruby/sapphire/emerald eternities. I prefer square / rectangular over rounds and yellow gold, but I'm also okay with platinum and white gold. Budget in the $500 range.

I saw this today - $475 from Ivy and Rose in 14 white gold - it looks like they can do rose gold and emerald and ruby as well - you will probably have to call to ask about your size since they start at size 4 for an online order
