Wedding shoe suggestions

Well-I originally had my heart set on the Manolo Blahnik Sedaraby shoes in silver made famous by Sex and the City and I even put my name on the list at the Manolo store in Vegas!! But now the dress that I found (I didn't buy it yet) is off-white and the shoes won't look good with the dress...Does anyone have any fabulous shoe suggestions? Price is not an issue. I have heard that Jimmy Choo has a program that gives brides a white shoe that can be traded in after the wedding for a different pair but can't find any info on that...Thanks ladies!!

ETA: I've seen the other shoe help threads, and don't have a picture of my dress yet. I'm mainly just looking for fabulous off-white shoes, and I have looked at Dyeables and they have something that looks like the Sedaraby, so I may go that route.

Are you looking for a certain heel height (or avoiding a certain heel height)? Are you leaning toward peep-toe, open-toe, or closed-toe? Is your wedding indoor or outdoor (i.e.: if it''s outside, stilettos could be bad)?
