rec'd the following. wasn't familiar with betsy barron's jewelry so i did a search and found this:

note: she likes working in rose gold!
once again i'm nursing an ill cat [luckily, the tumors were benign and his other issues are improving] but i'm not sure yet that i want to leave him for the time it would take me to get to the city, enjoy the event, and back home again....its about 1.5 hours each way for me. so it wouldn't merely mean being gone for a few hours. but the possibility exists! i see she will be at another of their locations on saturday but the same conditions with our Rusty cat would determine my ability to go.
i thought i'd put this out there in case anyone else is interested should i decide to go....or just want to go on their own.
the jewelry looks interesting and looks to be something i'd like.

February Events
This month we have some special treats for you!
First off, starting at our Union St. gallery next Thursday, February 10th we have a Trunk Show with Chiara Solari! Her event will coincide with Union St.'s Wine Walk Event, "Union Street has a Crush on You". Chiara will be at our Union St. gallery noon to 8pm. Have a glass of wine and join us for this special occasion!
Continuing the Valentine cheer we will have another of our favorites, Betsy Barron!
Betsy will be at our 24th St. gallery, Friday, February 11th from 3 to 8pm. If you can'tmake it that night, she will also be at our Fillmore St. gallery the following day, Saturday, February 12th from noon to 6pm. Betsy has informed us she will have lots of customizable pieces this time around so bring your creative selves with you to this event!
If you'd like some one on one time with Chiara and/or Betsy during their events, please give our galleries a call and they will set up an appointment. Our jewelry experts would be thrilled to help you find that very special piece for yourself or that special someone!
