**Send a holiday card for a little boy who needs it

I thought I would post this to see if anyone was interested. It is very real from the reseach I have seen. Plus it is going around the military base where I live with squardons asking to send in cards as well. I'm hoping some fabulous PSers can add just one more holiday card to the stack

Dalton is a 9 year old boy that is dying of Cystic Fibrosis in Salyersville, KY. It was brought to our attention by a relative that lives there that his wish before he dies is to get in the Guinness Record book for getting the most Christmas Cards. His mother said he has 12,500 right now, and needs to hit the 36,000 mark. If you don't have the money to purchase a card, homemade will be fine! So just take a couple minutes out of your day to help this boy out. He has a couple weeks left so let's make this happen, and let him accomplish his life goal.

Aww, poor guy. I have some extra holidays cards and can send one to him. Just about the easiest thing one can do to make a kid happy and help him achieve his goal. I hope he breaks the record!

Thanks MaryPoppins It is amazing how a child who is so sick just wishes for something as simple as a Xmas card. We put ours in the mail today along with 40 others from our squardon.

My household just sent 3!! A different card from each of us!! I hope he reaches his goal, this is such a sad story!
