Searching for two OECs- Need pointers

I have a five stone OEC band and I've chipped two of the stones. One is chipped on the top, along the crown. The other, and I don't know how I did this, got whacked somehow on the side and I literally lost a sliver off the side of it. It's not pretty. I sent it off to BG to be evaluated and he called me Wednesday and said that while they can be fixed, it's not cost effective. By the time he fixed the two stones, they'd be different from the other three and by the time he fixed those, none of them would fit in the setting.... You get the drift.

So I'm on the prowl for two OECs. The existing ones measure between 4.1- 4.25mm. They're SI1, G color. Does anyone have any good pointers for finding a couple? I'm not opposed to liberating them from vintage pieces if that makes sense. I've gone thru Ebay a bit, but haven't seen anything suitable.

For now, I'll wear the ring as is and not look too closely, but I really want to fix this in the long run.

I'll take any pointers anyone has!!

what is your budget and what general facet pattern are you looking for?

I'd like to keep it under $450 per stone, but less is better if possible! The ring is supposed to be back to me on Monday and I will try to get a decent picture of it to show what the existing stones look like. I suck at describing facet patterns.
