Just warning people not to click on any email link requesting that you 'kindly get back to me on this *emailaddress*. It is a link that I obviously did't click on but that surely is malicious. At the moment it is "susan susan" but it could easily be any name or email.
Looks like "gmail" is spelled wrong at the top of the email, which is probably why the email failed to send. No issue with being cautious but I've seen that last message before. It's auto generated by gmail if the recipient doesn't exist.
