CNN is reporting that Elizabeth Taylor died this morning of congestive heart failure. She was 79 years old.

Sad news. She always seemed larger than life, so energetic and lively, even though she suffered from so many health problems over the years. I hadn't realized her health had taken such a turn for the worse.
