Has anyone ordered anything from Rockbottom Golf?

I have ordered a golf bag from them before, and the most recent was a lob wedge for my brother for Christmas. Imagine my shock when I tried wrapping it on Christmas eve, to open the box and find it EMPTY! It was unusually light. I seriously thought I was being punked.

After contesting it, Rockbottom let me know that Fedex said it wasn''t tampered with in their possession and rockbottom said that their weight measurement when it left says that the club was there. Therefore...no refund, take it up with your credit card.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRR...I''m furious!

Also, I speak with clients about technical issues on a daily basis, and this guy that e-mailed me back did NOT USE A PROFESSIONAL TONE! That makes me angry as well!

Okay...vent over...on pricescope at least!

Anyone else have stupid stuff like this happen?
