revised invitation proof....what do you think?

That script is soooo beautiful! It''s wonderful to see invitations where the writting/font is the focus.

On that note I''m so happy to have gotten to see the invitation in its full glory, I''m sure they will take it down soon for you though

The font is really awesome but I do think that its a little bit too much of a good thing here. Are you totally opposed to just making your names in the script?

i already gave her the printing go ahead!!! i really like it. i think the calligrapher did a great job! i know that she offered different and more modern calligraphy styles, but i thought that this style would be a really pretty contrast to the paper.....we are using the thick 2-ply large invites.

I LOVE them!!! I think the font is beautiful and it''s a wedding invitation - it''s supposed to be over the top fancy! I also love the color choice because it gives it that modern touch.

Oh, and your dinner choices are making me hungry!!

I think the entire point of the invitation is the ornate font - that''s what makes it so great IMHO and unlike any invitation I''ve ever seen in person. It was wise of you to make your names larger, but I do think the font should be consistent throughout the invitation and RSVP (the loops are SO romantic!). I''ll repeat that I think this revision is perfection. In my mind, I''m also picturing it with the very deep letterpress and buttery paper (as opposed to just the electronic proof we see here). The final result should be phenomenal!

yep! Lucy is the black and white one and Roger is the orange one.

OMG - sorry I missed this earlier...and your response to the last thread!! I was off PS for a few days and I miss soo much!!

The invites look great! I love the bigger names and "dinner to follow." And, I think "pleasure of your company" sounds great!! (yeah, that was me - I''ve been researching all that for myself lately!!).

I just love them - I love them with your inspiration board - they are just perfect!!!!!!!!!!
