Rain and MIGRAINES

Anyone else having horrible headaches and migraines with all of this rain? I want to put my head through the wall with the constant pain for the last week. Ugh...RAIN GO AWAY and don't come back for a LONG TIME

to top it off my arthritis is killing me. CALGON TAKE ME AWAY

migraines no but migraine level sinus headaches yes.

Is also making my elbow and knees very painful.

I am so sorry. I hope the rain stops out there for you.

I get Bad Tension headaches. I use to have a friend in high school who would get them too. Sometimes my head will hurt and I wonder why and look outside and notice big black clouds rolling in.

Rainy weather always gives me headaches. Used to get migraines too, but I am on Topamax for those.

Come to California and visit us. It is supposed to be 90 today. I do hope you feel better soon.

I think the headaches/migraines and joint pain have to do with the change in air pressure from the rain.

Man do I sympathize. My arthritis in my left hand and wrist has been killing me and the change in weather always makes my head feel like it''s been hit with a mack truck. Feel better! It''s so miserable.

I can sympathize.

I stayed home from work on Tuesday with a migraine.

The rain *kills* my head. The change in pressure just gives me the most terrible headaches.

How long were you on it?? I did at first too, but after awhile it went away.

I was on it for 4mo. I couldn''t take the IBS and was about to tell my Dr to take me off..then I found out I was pregnant so I had to get off. I was weaned off of it in 3 days. After giving birth I had no interest to start up again because of the IBS

ditto this. woke up at 5am and took pain killers straight away - neck aching horribly.

I have no clue. All I know is that I get migraines for various reasons (reaction to certain foods, hormonal during my period and when the weather is horrible. I know that I''m ready for a break from the constant pain.

Yes, me and my 2 oldest daughters (only 9 years old) all get migraines with barometric pressure changes. One of my daughters was in bed until 11:30am today with one. This weather stinks!

Rain doesnt trigger my migraines, but all the rain does kill my sinus''s and makes me head hurt even more then it usually does.
