Hey ladies, just wondering if anyone else gets their hair caught in their e-ring prongs! Is this a problem with the prongs, or an unavoidable side effect? Any advice?

Not from a ladys view point but from somebody that fixes the problem.

Have the prongs tapped down. There has got to be one that is up a hair :)

Really, that will fix the problem.

Nope, that''s never happened to me. I think there''s a loose prong involved somewhere in there. Just to be safe, have it looked at as soon as possible!

oh yes. constantly. most annoying.

I know from my appraiser that one prong is VERY VERY SLIGHTLY, almost imperceptibly, not touching the diamond; maybe that is the one that's catching. I've written to him to ask whether that could be causing the problem. I'll let you know what I find out!

I twirl my curly hair constantly and have no problems with any of my 32 prongs.

Mine will get stuck... I just try not to stick my left hand in my hair now (easier said than done).

I will get the prongs checked out though now that they may be a cause.

Nope. Glad to say that isn''t a problem for me because I run my hands through my hair all the time.
