Hi All,
We recently moved due to a change in our job situations. Life is good, for the most part. I have a house, the one we just moved out of in fact, that we are having a hard time selling. I've tried "everything." It's the same old story, tough market, plenty of inventory where I live, blah, blah, blah. I'm not special, neither is the house - I know my story is that of many. I have dropped the price as far as I can now but the 2 offers I got were for significantly less than I owe on the note and it wasn't possible to accept the offers. The house has been on the market 11 weeks and I'm feeling sad and desperate and antsy. I think my realtor gets tired of hearing me complain. I don't want advice, as I said, I know the deal, I even know something about real estate, actually. I just am requesting PS dust or whatever kind of luck and magic and good vibes you can send for it to get sold quickly.
