Our precious mini-dachshund, Bonnie, isn't feeling well and we're watching her closely to see if we need to take her to the emergency vet hospital. She will turn 13 on July 16. We lost her brother, Clyde, last December and she hasn't recovered from the loss. We are still having to sedate her with medication from our Vet.

We would appreciate any prayers, dust, etc. for Bonnie. Our hearts are still broken over Clyde and all that has happened to our family lately. :saint:

Prayers outgoing for Miss Bonnie, Lori. I understand what its like to have a sick pet. Our mini-pinscher, Eddie, started having seizures out of the blue a few months ago (was in perfect health before hand). Its very hard to see our pets ill, we love them so much and they are true family members. I will keep her in my thoughts and prayers for sure, and I'm very sorry for the loss of Clyde:( *HUGS*

Dear Lori, sending bucket loads of dust for Bonnie and all that you and your family have been through lately. I am keeping all of you in my thoughts and prayers and hope dear Bonnie makes a full recovery. Losing Clyde was a terrible shock to her health and I pray she can recover from that trauma. It breaks my heart that you are all going through such a terrible time and hoping things get much much better very soon!!!

Good heavens Lori! you are going thru a lot - dust dust and more dust for all of your household - 2 and 4 legged! Its so hard to watch our pets go thru challenges - if only they could speak and let us know what's going on...

best wishes and hugs sent your way

Wow, you've been having a rough go of it lately. Sending dust to both you and Bonnie. I hope she gets well soon.

So sorry to hear about Clyde. It's so hard to lose a pet and then see the negative effects it has on fellow pets.

So sorry Lori, you have been through so much lately...sending positive thoughts that your precious pup is feeling better soon! (((Hugs)))

I'm sorry things are so hard for you all lately. I hope Bonnie feels much better soon. And you!

Prayers and dust for Bonnie! And hugs for you!

I hope you and Bonnie are both feeling better soon.

Sending tons of prayers and PS dust for Bonnie.

Lori: you have been through more than your share of hardship recently and I am sending lots and lots of dust. I wonder if there is a correlation between what is going on now and the fact that you were in the hospital? To her, it might have seemed like she had lost another family member. Without a doubt, this would've hit her hard, especially if you say that she has not recovered from the loss of Clyde. [full disclosure: my ornery teenage son always gets mad at me when I do the "dog pyschologist thing" as he calls it, but it feel right to me]. Anyway, here's strong thoughts of health for your furry baby and for you. Dust for better things in the future.

I hope she gets well soon.
