All of the test results are not in but there was no sign of brain activity and her kidneys are failing.

Oh, I am so sorry. It’s hard to comprehend when they are hear one minute and gone the next. Will they do a brain death protocol or does she have her wishes written down for this kind of thing?

(I hope you don’t mind me asking. My husband is a doctor and my best friend is a palliative care and hospice doc and we were talking about this very thing last night at dinner)

Her daughter asked for more testing when they gave them the options so they are doing that soon.
So I would say yes.
Right now I'm just getting bits and pieces when my wifey4vr calls.
My wifey4vr brought me home for a bit then went back up as i'm not feeling well, and there were around 15 people there.
My blood pressure was spiking and my o2 was getting unstable.

Oh Karl... I am so sorry to hear that please ,stay strong !!! It’s always so hard to find the right words to say ... I am just sending a huge huge virtual HUG to you and your family ! In our busy life ,it’s so hard to appreciate the biggest gift -life of the loved ones ...we spend too little time truly being with family in the moment ...

Dear Karl,

I am so sorry for your loss. I am glad your beloved wife was with your sister-in-law when she passed. I know that her being there must have meant the world to you. I know your faith in God is strong, but the the breaking of earthly ties is terribly painful. When we love strongly, we do not want to let go of our relationship with the person we have seen, touched, and spoken with every day.
