I actually have three pairs of wedding shoes

The first was a pair of ivory satin 5" heels with a 1" platform - from Singapore somewhere.

Then I bought a new dress, and the stupid seamstress cut the hem about 1.5cm too short so I had to get new shoes - they are Gina of London, cost me an arm and a leg, but are silk, a perfect match for my dress, the right heel height, and they felt like slippers on my feet!

The third pair was a pair of flats that I bought so that I would be able to walk on the cobbled laneways on the way to the castle - I LOVE them, they were from Zara.

Mine were the Hangisi shoes by Manolo Blahnik in Cobalt Blue.

I loved mine and I wore them practically the whole afternoon and well into the night. I think I only took them off for our beach photos!

This was mine. It was $45 from Nordstrom''s and SUPER comfortable for a 4" heel! The color looks much lighter in person.

These are very cute! I am looking for something similar for my reception, because I have the same height issue. Might have to get FI some platforms of his own.

These were mine. I don''t wear heels usually so I didn''t want anything too high. Also, I had to be able to wear them again after and since my wardrobe mainly consists of black and red these were perfect. Our wedding colours were red and black. They hurt like hell after an hour though...as I say, I am not used to heels and live in skate shoes normally. I did have a lovely pair of red and black flats too. I''ll try and find a pic.

Here is the stock photo. They are true to color and come in a rainbow of choices. I actually ordered 4 different colors to choose from. They come in larger sizes and wide! I absolutely love them, and they are sooooo comfy! Romantic Soles "geneva"

These are PERFECT!! I have a similar situation, except...I''m 5''8" and my FI might be a smidge shorter than I am. It''s not that I mind being taller, I just know I won''t be comfortable in heels since I don''t wear heels often at all!

Paris Hilton did these also! Check out DSW.com! I got some in gray and they''re actually quite comfy!
