Post proposal drinks at the Lobby Loung in NYC

I am planning to propose during a carriage ride through central park next week. After the special moment I was thinking about taking her to a place in the Time Warner Building on Columbus Circle called the Lobby Lounge . It is located on the 35th floor and is supposed to have a fantastic view of the city and the park. Anybody here ever been there before. Just thought I would check!
