Poll: What's the most popular e-ring setting with PSers?

Yes, I have a feeling the prong set solitaire will win, followed closely by the halo maybe?

I have a three stone e-ring but like Skippy, I'd say that a simple Tiffany solitaire is the most popular.

i'd say the vatche u113 and emilya solitaire are the most i've been seeing since i joined

I have the Julia setting from jbeg, so I voted the bezel solitaire....though it does have accent melee on the profile of the bezel, so I suppose it could have counted as a diamond accented setting. I'm going to stick with bezel setting for my vote, though.

Now I am going to do a little happy dance, thinking of my setting made me realize there are only 10 more days until I have my ring!

Mine is a three-stone with pave on the shank, so I voted three-stone.

I think this poll might be skewed b/c the "hangout" side really only has more of the longterm PS-ers around.. who have changed styles and, from my observation, goes more for timeless styles. The RT/SMTB side has more of those stop by and leave type of PS-ers that go for more trendy.. I see more halos on those newby or one-time-PSers, and I see more 3 stones on the veteran PS-ers.

Who has the tension setting? I think they are fascinating. The stone looks like it's sitting there so precariously.

I've only seen a tension ring on one person in real life so far. The stone inside was a honker, too, so the ring was just double WOW!

I voted halo even though my ring is a bit more complicated than that - it's not the usual micropave HW-type halo.

I see a ton of tiffany style rings being sought out by the gentlemen coming here for advice. As my male coworker put it "I went to the jewelry store and asked them for a ring that looks like the one in monopoly. That's what signified a diamond ring to me". Of course, his fiance promptly had it reset into a pendant and purchased the ring she really wanted.

Ditto, I think that the Emilya halo is popular on PS lately but for a while it was Leon's halos. I think the solitaire will always be a popular style too.

interesting observation madelise! A lot of veterans seems to like OECs more than RB's too!
