Wedding please help! need opinions on dresses

#2. The back is sooooo dramatic, both because of the contrasting insert and the overall proportion of the train. I''ll defer to the BBMs on the bodice, but I''m leaning towards #2 for that also.

When the seamstress told you that she''d need more fabric to turn the #2 bodice into a sweetheart neckline, is it possible that what she meant is that she needs needs more of the contrasting trim? I''d have to ask the ladies who have more experience with alterations to chime in here... but... it kinda looks to me like the neckline could be re-shaped if you could talk the manufacturer to sell you a yard or two of the trim.....

I didn''t clarify with the seamstress but it does seem like that''s what she meant, she''d need more of the trim to adjust the neckline. I just don''t know what to ask specifically. Looks like the black and white dress has it.

Hopefully I''ll find someone who will be able to modify the neckline, even if it''s a slight dip, and hopefully have the perfect dress!

OH MY GOSH! I think I''ve found a good compromise dress! Haven''t tried it on but it''s got the neckline I want and quite a bit of color in the back. Now if I can just find a place that has it in stock so I can at least take a look. Thoughts and opinions on this one? It''s a Mori Lee style 2177. Good dress maker? It appears to have more beading than the Alfred Angelo.

I love it! I actually looked at this one for myself but my wedding is a backyard event...and I thought it was to formal! It''s a combo of the two you posted earlier so it should look STUNNING on you! I say go find it!

It looks like a wonderful combination of the two dresses that you love. Congrats on finding it! The only major difference that I see is that the colored trim at the bottom of this one versus the bottom without trim on the other two. As long as you love that, then I''d say its perfect!!!
