I was pretty sure I''d decided on a dress but went back with my bridesmaids to have one final look and now I''m leaning toward the other dress. Please help me decide!

I love the sweetheart neckline on this one, LOVE IT!

I vote for #1. I think the sweetheart neckline flatters you more than the straight neckline of dress #2.

I vote #2.......so far I guess its not that helpful LOL. I personally think that #2 makes you look slimmer (not that you need to but of the two you do). And I LOVE the back of #2...beautiful!

Question: in the side by side photos, which dress were you wearing?

I would comment the exact opposite.

Another vote for #2! I like the black better and the straight across neckline.

I vote 1! I love the neckline on you.

I like the sweetheart neckline of 1 and the back of number 2. I don''t think you can go wrong with either dress. Could you look around a bit more to find something that has both the right neckline and back for you since you seem torn?

I guess between the two I''d pick number 2 with the statement back and when I went to fittings I''d ask to have the neckline made into a slight sweetheart, though not as dipped as the first dress.

Thank you so much ladies!

I should add that the grey dress does come in black, they just didn't have one there for me to see.

I've consulted two alterations places and they both seem to think that I wouldn't be able to make the black and white dress have a sweetheart neckline. They say there wouldn't be enough material. I haven't the first clue about anything sewing related but I wish I could take the top from the grey one and put it on the black one...

oh and in the side by side pic I'm in the grey dress and my MOH is in the black one, I think she normally wears a size 12 (she is a bit smaller than me) and I'm a 14 approaching 16 if I don't watch it!

I'm heading in the wrong direction!

I prefer #2 - what a beautiful statement! And I do like the straight across neckline.

Though I''ll hedge and say #1 is nice as well, so you can''t go wrong. Go with your gut - more traditional and "sweetheart" or more modern and dramatic?

#2 for me! I love how the black trims the top of the front.

I like the straight across neckline. As a fellow ''ample girls'' girl, I think it''s more modest! Sweetheart necklines draw attention RIGHT to your cleavage. So it depends what you think of that. I also love the back of the second one better. So that''s where my vote is going.

I love the first one. I think the sweetheart neckline looks really good on you. If you really like the way the first neckline, and other parts of the second, maybe you could talk to julius bridal? I know they do customs maybe they could help you?? Goodluck! :-)

Totally agree!! The sweetheart looks BEAUTIFUL! You will rock either regardless!

I like the straight line and the back! Either one you can''t go wrong

Do you have a front-on picture of you in the dress with the black detailing? I''m leaning towards liking that one better, but they are both beautiful!

Exactly what I was going to ask/say!

Both look lovely, however!

I have a hard time seeing things. The detailing on the dresses were very similar. In fact it seemed like the grey one's details were just scaled down a bit and the pattern was the same. I think the grey one would look much better and the details would stand out more if it were black instead of the muted color...then I could feel like I was comparing apples to apples. the black is just so striking!

I vote for 1

Hmmmmm....I am still torn. I think perhaps I might like the sweetheart front more than the straight-across, if only you had a little more room in the cups... if ya know what I''m sayin''.

Would they be able to order the top a little bigger for you, and then take it in/make the necessary alterations so it fits your waist?

Both are nice. I like the sweetheart neckline on #1 and the train on #1.

I LOVE the back of #2, and I think the straight across neckline is still pretty without being so showy.

I think I prefer #2 actually. Both necklines look great.(Don''t cha just loath looking good in everything?) I prefer the straight across, but that could be because I''m a bit on the modest side.

yeah me too. I think that the neckline of number 2 is much more flattering. Number 2 is my vote.

I like the straight-across neckline on you. The black trim is also incredible. That will make such a dramatic statement!

Number 1! That neckline is gorgeous, so flattering!

#2. The back is sooooo dramatic, both because of the contrasting insert and the overall proportion of the train. I''ll defer to the BBMs on the bodice, but I''m leaning towards #2 for that also.

When the seamstress told you that she''d need more fabric to turn the #2 bodice into a sweetheart neckline, is it possible that what she meant is that she needs needs more of the contrasting trim? I''d have to ask the ladies who have more experience with alterations to chime in here... but... it kinda looks to me like the neckline could be re-shaped if you could talk the manufacturer to sell you a yard or two of the trim.....

Dress #2 is far more flattering in terms of fit. You have too much boobage flowing out of #1 including the dreaded underarm overflow IMO.

Sweetheart necklines may be attractive in concept but they do not translate well to more well endowed ladies.

I think you look lovely, trim, and bridelike in the second dress so that get''s my thumbs up
