Invited a family friend and his wife [+2kids] my sister is coming from Fla with DD

they''re staying for a week.

Putting DD onto the plane to London to begin her junior study abroad semester. If there is time, maybe spend a day at the State Fair.

hanging out with the fam, just the four of us- just boring since we''re almost all out of vacation time

I will be in Europe - Precisely Germany and Switzerland!!!

Absolutely nothing (hopefully). We will be having guests staying with us for 3 weekends in a row, so that would be our first weekend free in a month!

Well, I got Tram tickets to ride up our tram on our mountain and then a romatic dinner looking at the city. hehe Nothing else planned. Maybe some napping? hehe

Aw, Chia, I bet you will end up having a blast!!! I''m 32 and have a group of 25-28 yr. old friends...sometimes I feel like the "grandma" of the group but usually we just have fun together and the age difference isn''t that noticeable. I have other friends who are in their mid-thirties and act less mature than the twenty-somethings!

I don''t have Labor Day plans yet. Maybe I will take a little 3 day weekend trip by myself somewhere nearby and just relax and unwind.

I totally forgot this was coming up!! State fair maybe? Normally we go camping, but we are going the week after labor day this year!

Going camping east of the mountains (hot and desert-y) with a bunch of rednecks who own jet boats.

...or printing wedding invitations, depending on when my computer gets back from the doctor because they need to go out that week. It was sick.

I love being at the beach but the sharing one bathroom with 14 other people situation just sucks! It''s just for a weekend though so I''ll live. I love YOUR plan of taking a solo trip somewhere! Where you planning on going?

I actually have to work with my dad''s restaurant at an outside event/car show/oldies show in Parsippany NJ. I also have to work my regular job on Labor Day.

What am I doing? last minute stuff to get the kids ready for school that starts on the 8th when I leave for china on the 13th. fun stuff. I suppose I was due... I was in amalfi in June lol

Exciting! Congrats.

We don''t have plans yet. Dh wants to visit Victoria, B.C., before the kids go back to school, but I would prefer to save the money right now. I''m totally into saving mode and DH is into spending mode!

If we don''t do that, we''ll probably invite a few friends over for the afternoon.

My kids also need a few new school clothes (plus I want a new coat). There may be some good sales to check out. (okay, I''m not entirely into saving mode!
