Pillow help, please

I purchased some pillows and one sham from Horchow recently and there''s only one problem - finding an insert big enough for the sham. According to the tag that came attached, it measures 26" square.

I ordered an insert from Pillow Decor measuring 26" square and inserted it, but even with the addition of as many plastic drycleaning bags as I could lay my hands on, there''s lots of room in there. I''ve googled ''27" and 28" pillow inserts'' and came up empty except for one online store that claims it will ship to Bangladesh, but not Canada. Last night I also explained my problem to Horchow, but they had nothing bigger than a 26". It''s silk so those packing peanuts would show.

Any suggestions - other than stuffing it with dirty laundry??

Can you make your own and stuff it with batting from the fabric store?
This exact problem happened to me a few years ago. It seems the
26" Euro sham was a few inches bigger that stated. Weird huh?

Thanks, bebe, I could at least try. The silk fabric is so thin (and beautiful) that it shows every ridge and wrinkle - not only that, but there is a really heavy tassel on the top corner at each side. This particular ''pillow'' is going to be at the centre against the headboard...Argh!!
