Fun!
Beer: I will drink most microbrews, but my favorites are ESBs. Pretty much the only beer I don't really care for is Hefeweizen (sp?). It's too sweet and sometimes has banana overtones, which kind of grosses me out. Lately we've been experimenting with some heavier belgian style beers as well as making our own. Home brewing is awesome!
White Wine: I tend to go for dry whites: sauvignon blanc, pinot blanc, chardonnay, etc. Lately I've been getting really into dry reislings. FI really likes pinot gris/grigio but I am a little pickier about those. We also drink a lot of sparkling whites/champagne. There is an awesome crémant de bourgogne blanc de noirs at Trader Joes for about $10 bucks that we really like.
Red Wines: We probably drink mostly pinot noir, but we also like lots of other varietals (Cab Sauv, Merlot, Syrah/Shiraz, Grenache, etc.). I'm a big Cab Franc fan. We also drink blends fairly often--we picked up an awesome Meritage from a winery in Sonoma when we were down there last.
As far as wine in general, I don't think I could name wineries that are my absolute favorite because the wines change so much from year to year and I have different favorites in different places. I love recommending places for people to taste when they go to wine country though.
I can't think of the last time I did shots, but for mixed drinks, I usually go for something gin based (especially if it has lime and cucumber as well--yum!). I will really try anything as long as it's not overly sweet/syrupy. FI makes awesome margaritas with patron silver, fresh squeezed lime juice, cointreau and a drizzle of grand marnier on top (sounds really similar to the skinny girl margaritas brought up earlier). I love cocktails made with unusual flavors. Lately we've been experimenting with chartreuse, which is an herbal liqueur that lends a really neat flavor. Really the biggest turn off to me about any sort of drink is if it has sweet & sour mix or soda or juice from concentrate in it. I am not a high fructose corn syrup fan and I prefer my juices fresh squeezed.

Also, Chartreuse is the ickiest liquor I've ever tasted! I didn't have it mixed with anything though, so maybe that was the problem. It got passed around a party once and a few people almost threw up after their sips
