Just wanted to pass along some information from my florist -
Peonies (Pink Sarah Bernhardt) are still available! and will be until the end of the month.
Also, she forwarded the link for fiftyflowers to her distributor, who called them inquiring about the availability of coral peonies. It appears that they vacuum, or seal/freeze the flowers, and reanimate them when you order them during the times of the year that they are not freshly available.
