Parents of Teenagers, does it ever get better?

You mentioned anxiety and depression, is therapy an option or helpful? My girls are 14 and 12. Weirdly, my 4-year-old is more of a teenager than her sisters. I'm a wee bit nervous as to what the dynamic will be like when she reaches those years. She's incredibly spirited, stubborn, witty, snarky, and intense. She's also the only extrovert in a house full of introverts.
