Stella also popped into my head IMMEDIATELY and several others mentioned it....

Thanks everyone!

Stella is very cute, as is Penelope. Kioko is so cool too.

My friend suggested Ruby, since she was born in July. I have to run all the suggestions by DH.

Sorry I don''t have any good name suggestions!

She is too cute! I really like Gracie, as someone else mentioned.

I had a kitty like her when I was little and named her Dusty!

Awww too cute!! I vote for Lola, Gracie, or Ellie. Ooh what about Koko? Kiki and Koko?

OMG I was coming here to suggest Koko myself.

I thought Kiki and Koko sounded great together too. Great minds think alike.

Female cats I have had in my life (either my own or my mum''s) have been called:

Abethaw (Pronounced A-beh-thaw) after the street we acquired her from. I couldn''t say her name properly as I was very small so I used to just call her Abbey, which stuck with everyone else too. I loved my little Abbeycat! She wasn''t all that different in colour to tyous new kitten...less tabbied effect though.

Molly - a tiny black and white rescued cat. By tiny I mean a 12 year old who looked about 6 months old in size.

Cleo - Beautiful sheba grey cat.

Jazz (or her full name Jazzie Frizzle...my brother named her!!!) White with brown and black patches.

Milly. A brown and ginger tortoisehell.

She looks like a Choe to me!

Oh I love all the new suggestions too...love Gracie, Koko, and Chloe. Thank you!!!

Absolut blonde, your kitty in your avatar is so cute!

Awww. I had a little Koko. She was a Maine Coon Cat [from a shelter so who knows what she really was!]. What a doll! She died at 17 a few years ago. Her pic is posted here someplace. I named her after Koko the gorilla who had a pet kitten [remember that?].

I think Koko is a great name - especially with a "sister" Kiki!

How about "Platinum" or "Silver"! She certainly is gorgeous and has a beautiful silvery fur coat!

When Mr Gailey and I got our first kitty together we agonised over names for a long time. In the end I decided on sapphire. Well that lasted for about a week and after that she was "Puss Cat".

Whatever you choose, I''m sure it will be lovely. She is absolutely adorable.

I think she looks like a Jemima! She is seriously cute.

DH and I were eating at a Japanese restaurant once and I spotted Miso soup on the menu, I always thought Miso would be such a cute name for a kitty!

My girl kitty was supposed to be Fern. I think it is such a cool name. We ended up just calling her kitty.

Laila, which name did you guys end up choosing?

We''re still deciding lilyfoot, lol. We''ve just been calling her ''the kitten'' for now.

The problem is there are too many cute names now.

My Gramma would tell you to name her Gray. Go with the obvious was always her motto, when naming cats on the farm.

Name her Brownie, just to needle my Gramma.

Oh she''s such a cutie! I like my friend''s name for her Dachschund - Strudel
