Realistic.

I''m not really either, I tend to be a very fact-oriented, look at both sides kinda person. To me it''s just half a glass of milk.

I see things at face value. So I dont think I''m one way or the other.
+ + +

DH is the eternal optomist. He lives with his head in the clouds more often than not and I''d describe him as a dreamer.

I''m much more realistic and prepare for the worst but hope for the best. DH thinks I''m a total pessimist though.

I''m the type of person that bad things happen to. Not necessarily really bad things - for example - let''s say I find a pair of shoes that I. Must. Have. The store will have every size except mine. Granted, I wear a size 5 shoe so this happens more often than not but it''s happened in other areas too. Things like that never happen to DH.

I tend to be very optimistic.

I prefer to think I''m cautious or realistic. But I''ll admit to being a little bit of a pessimist, depending on the season and the situation. But that doesn''t mean I''m not cheerful!

My fiance is a HUGE optimist, and I''ve seen how the way he thinks makes it a lot easier for him to face certain (especially difficult) situations. I am trying to view the world more like he does, because I want to as fully embrace the notion that "everything will be just fine!"
