We don''t have a huge guest list (approximately 65 invitations went out to 120 guests), but those that we did invite are fairly young and computer savvy. So I thought it would be "modern" and environmentally conscious/efficient/no-fuss to allow our guests the option of RSVPing online through our wedding website. For tradition''s sake, we did include RSVP cards and envelopes with our invitations. But the first thing everyone sees as they pull out the contents of the invitation envelope...is..."For Our Wedding Details...RSVP online...etc etc". I honestly thought people would embrace the online RSVP option. Don''t need to go through the trouble of writing anything, keeping track of the card and envelope, save a stamp.
But EVERYONE is sending their RSVP cards! Some RSVP online AND send in the response card. I guess it is still early, but I''m befuddled.
