Yes, and no. It is a great service and folks who I know who used them really enjoy it. I kind of have my own connections: Jackie in Dolce and Gabanna/Prada (but she''ll find you anything from any dept and is not only helpful but genuinely friendly) and I like Ebru in Shoes. Altho to be fair, Chris is equally as helpful in shoes as well.

BUt the PS service is on the third floor by the D & G dept. I see the one fella very often, but right now his name eludes me. Perhaps it is on their website......

Lit Chic, they do not need the company to reimburse them. If I owned or managed that boutique, I would give you your money back, regardless of getting it back from the company. I would assure you that we were sorry and hoped to see you again. I would not give you a store credit and risk losing a customer in the long run, it is penny wise and pound foolish.
