She really makes me mad. She was so irresponsible. She had no job and already had six children. Rather than using her disability money to help her six children, she went and used it on in-vitro and had eight more babies. She still has no job and receives taxpayer aid. It''s clear that she loves all the attention she gets. She''s being rewarded for her irresponsibility. The sad part is that you can''t really "punish" (don''t know if that''s the right word) her for her irresponsibility without punishing her children, which isn''t fair. They''re innocent. I''m conflicted about whether I think her children should be taken away from her.

TLC does seem to love families with multiples. I couldn''t believe when I saw the family with 18 children. That family seems to be normal though.

Yeah, they do. The Duggars seem to have their heads screwed on right about how to handle so many kids. Plus they''re spaced out, so I think that helps a little.

Yup. I wouldn''t choose to live my life that way, but it seems like they''re raising hardworking, loving kids that will turn into responsible adults. Good for them.

Whichever US network pics that show up...... I will be sending them nasty e-mails. Regularly. I think that woman is unhinged. She has proven that she does not have the capacity to make rational decisions, and she should NOT be encouraged!!!! (Of course, this may help those poor children of hers get better care and have enough food/clothing/etc...)

DH and I were just talking about this. Here''s my take - if I weren''t an American, I think I''d totally watch that show to be like "Whoa...check out this trainwreck!" but because this took place in my home country and I think is symptomatic of some very unpretty issues, I''m just embarrassed for her and her children.
